Biography
Ryan Cheung is an asset finance, and corporate M&A lawyer based in Tokyo.
Ryan advises on cross border aviation and shipping finance transactions, and on a variety of leasing and sale and purchase transactions involving LNG carriers, FPSOs, commercial aircraft, corporate jets and aircraft engines.
Prior to joining the firm, Ryan completed a secondment to the commercial and financing legal department of one of the world's leading aerospace companies in France.
