Biography

Eloïse is a digital, intellectual property and personal data law lawyer, based in Paris.

Eloïse is a member of the Technology & Innovation team and a member of the Paris and Luxembourg Bars since 2018.

Eloïse works on numerous innovative digital transformation projects as well as in the context of litigation and pre-litigation.  

She assists her clients in matters of data protection, intellectual property, particularly in French and European trademark law (portfolio management, advice on filing and defense strategy, trademark monitoring, opposition proceedings, pre-litigation and litigation management) and copyrights.  

Eloïse represents international and European companies, major players in the finance industry (banks, investment funds, financial data vendors) as well as innovative digital start-ups, on issues of intellectual property, new technology law and data protection as well as on issues related to crypto-assets (NFTs). 

She also regularly assists companies from all types of industries in the compliance of their websites and activities with the GDPR. 

Eloïse holds a master's degree in business law from the University of Montpellier. She participated in two international exchange programs, with the University Carlos III of Madrid for her degree's third year and with the University of Ottawa, where she studied in the LLM programs.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright in June 2022, Eloise practiced for five years in Luxembourg in the IP, Communication & Technology team of Arendt & Medernach.

Eloïse also completed various internships, notably in law firms, in departments specialised in intellectual property, in France and in Canada, and in Lagardère Active's Radios & Tvs department where she assisted the legal and operational teams of Lagardère Active on aspects related to intellectual property and new technologies law.

Eloïse is a regular lecturer in the Master 2 "Legal and Judicial Practices" and the University Diploma "Fashion and Luxury Law" of the University of Montpellier where she teaches data protection and intellectual property law.
