Dan Marks is co-head of legal managed services and based in London.
Dan brings extensive experience to our managed services team, who provide sophisticated solutions which integrate our legal capabilities, technology and a wide range of non-legal skillsets such as operational design, project management and data science. The team can support a much broader range of client challenges than a traditional law firm, including larger scale or more data intensive projects as well as business as usual solutions where we take on and optimize continuing work for clients.
Dan started his career in various operations and technology roles for a global investment bank, before taking on a leading regulatory change role for the bank's equity business. He assisted in building out the financial services practice for the legal managed services business of Thomson Reuters before it was acquired by a Big Four firm. Dan then spent two and half years as an associate partner where he played a leading role in the firm's legal managed services team across EMEIA for financial services, including co-leading the firm's IBOR reform contract remediation proposition.
